The yearly tuition is payable with the following schedule:
- Payment 1a: A $75 non-refundable registration fee
- Payment 1b: Deposit due by May 1 (one year in advance) or at time of registration (if after May 1) equal to one month's tuition
- Payment 2: September 1
- Payment 3: October 1
- Payment 4: November 1
- Payment 5: December 1
- Payment 6: January 1
- Payment 7: February 1
- Payment 8: March 1
- Payment 9: April 1
- Payment 10: May 1 Deposit applied. Remaining balance due if needed.
- Check and cash payments accepted. Families who use an online banking service through their own bank may schedule payments to be mailed directly to the school. Current Chapel School families may also register with myprocare.com to view account activity and make payments via Tuition Express (a 2.7% service fee is charged by TE to families).
- All checks are to made payable to Chapel School.
- A late fee of $30 will be charged if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.
- Tuition is due regardless of absences, vacations, illness, weather related closings, etc.
- No refund of the May deposit will be given for withdrawal without 2 weeks written notice before the next payment due date. For example, written notice before August 18th to avoid required payment for September 1.
